Segrex Development has been developing exclusive projects in Dubai since 2015. The company is managed by a team of top managers with extensive experience in the construction and implementation of residential projects with a total area of more than 500,000 sq.ft in Dubai and more than 1 million sq.ft. of luxury real estate. Among the successfully completed projects in Dubai are over 20 premium private villas and residential buildings in JVC, including "Astoria" and "Nicholas". Segrex Development is currently building three residential developments: Stonehenge Tower 1, Stonehenge Tower 2, and Vitality Residence, which will be completed in 2025 and 2026.
