The weakness is the mirror image of that strength: with Arjan, Motor City and Jumeirah Village Circle all within minutes, a tenant who is not tied to the park has plenty of alternatives, so the buildings that let fastest are the ones with proper parking and amenities that actually work. Paying in stages during the build instead of in one sum is the usual off-plan advantage, and with deliveries in every year from 2026 the wait can be short by Dubai standards.
