Bloom Living 7 – Almeria is the seventh phase of Bloom Living, the Mediterranean-inspired master community Bloom Holding is building in Zayed City. At 120 homes it is one of the smaller releases in the development, and it comes late enough that the earlier phases are standing and lived in. Someone walking Almeria today is looking at finished streets a few hundred metres away rather than at a marketing suite and a site fence.
The bedroom range is unusually wide for a single phase. Three-bedroom villas sit at the price point families use to move out of apartments, while six-bedroom layouts serve multigenerational households that would otherwise need two properties. The architecture follows the Spanish and Mediterranean language used across Bloom Living, with pitched roofs, arched openings and rendered façades, so Almeria reads as part of the community rather than as a phase attached to it later.
Almeria’s plot sits between two of the largest central parks in the masterplan, with villas turned toward the community lake. That position is finite, and it is the reason this phase carries a premium over the earlier releases. The shared infrastructure is already defined across Bloom Living:
Zayed City sits inland between Abu Dhabi island and the airport, and it was planned as the emirate’s Capital District rather than as a suburb. For years the housing there was almost entirely Emirati, and Bloom Living is one of the first large freehold communities in the area open to buyers of any nationality, which is why it has drawn a genuine mix of local and expatriate families. Buying into a later phase costs more per square foot than the first ones did, and that is the trade on offer: the premium buys a working neighbourhood from the first day instead of several more years of construction next door. Payment runs from a small booking deposit through staged instalments, with the current schedule shown in the panel above. Gorilla Real Estate can set Almeria against the remaining Bloom Living phases and against villa stock on Yas Island and in Khalifa City, which is the shortlist most buyers at this level actually work through.
