Celesto 3 is the third tower in a series. Tarrad Development is building four of them inside Dubai Land Residence Complex, with handovers staggered from 2027 through to the end of the decade, and this one falls at the later end of that run. The sequencing is the most useful thing to know about the project, and it works in a buyer’s favour in a way that is rare in off-plan.
The Celesto towers offer fully furnished studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with sizes across the series running from around 350 to 927 sq ft and entry pricing from roughly 550,000 dirhams. Amenities sit largely on the roof: an infinity pool, a separate children’s pool, gym, yoga deck, sauna, barbecue area, and indoor and outdoor play zones. Furnished delivery counts for more at this price point than at any other, because fit-out on a small apartment is a large share of the total outlay, and an owner letting the unit can start in the week of handover rather than months later.
Most off-plan buyers commit on a rendering and a brochure. Here the developer has three other towers in the same community at different stages, with the first due roughly two years ahead of this one. A buyer of Celesto 3 can therefore inspect what Tarrad actually delivers before their own building is finished: the build quality, the furnishing standard, whether the amenity floors match what was drawn, where the service charge lands, and what completed units rent for. Very few developers at this price offer that kind of verifiable preview. Use it. Find out which tower completes first, then go and look at it.
Completion is set for 2029, the same year the Dubai Metro Blue Line is scheduled to open, adding stations that serve this part of Dubailand and connecting it toward Silicon Oasis and Academic City. DLRC has always been priced as a car-dependent district, and that is the main reason its price per square foot sits well below communities closer to the centre. A metro connection changes the calculation for tenants without cars, and it usually appears in rents before it appears in prices. Whether the two dates hold together is the open question, since large infrastructure programmes and residential handovers both move. Payment here leaves half the price falling due at completion, which is a long runway on a small ticket. Gorilla Real Estate can track both timelines and compare Celesto 3 against the earlier towers in the series once their delivery record exists to judge.

Dubai Land Residence Complex is a mid-market residential district in the Dubailand corridor, offering off-plan apartments at entry price points that few established Dubai addresses can match. Connectivity via Al Ain Road and proximity to Academic City and Silicon Oasis create a consistent tenant base of students, educators, and technology workers. For investors building a yield-focused portfolio, DLRC provides volume and cash flow efficiency. As the broader Dubailand corridor continues to develop, the addressable tenant pool and achievable rents have a credible upward trajectory.
